Ritu Purohit

Ritu Purohit has a diverse work experience across various companies and roles. Ritu began their career as an intern at Vatsalya Foundation in 2016 and later worked as an intern at Bombardier Transportation India in 2017. Ritu then joined Twinstar Incorporates as a Business Associate before transitioning to a role as an HR Executive at Arvaan Technolab LLC, where they stayed until 2021. In 2021, Ritu worked as a Human Resource Manager at WPWeb Infotech Pvt. Ltd. and as an HR Manager at CloudStakes Technology Pvt. Ltd. Ritu also served as an Associate Manager Human Resource at Nascent Info Technologies until December 2022. Currently, Ritu holds the position of Senior Executive - HR Operations at Codal. Their experiences have equipped their with skills in areas such as recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring, and employee counseling.

Ritu Purohit pursued their Master of Social Work (HRM) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Parul University from 2015 to 2017.
