Andrew Heinlein

Andrew Heinlein has had a diverse work experience. In 2008, they worked as a Student Manager at the Wittenberg Computing Center, where they provided customer service to students and repaired networks and systems for the university. Andrew also had an internship at Ashland Inc that same year, focusing on communicating the benefits of integrating salesforce.com into all divisions at the company. In 2009, they worked as a Sales Floor Associate at Best Buy, where they received accolade for 100% customer satisfaction reported from customer surveys. In 2010, they had an internship at Zia Systems LLC, where they designed and implemented software to display data gathered by sensors and collaborated with the founders to find solutions to increase efficiency and productivity. In 2011, they worked as an Officer - QA Performance Test Engineer at Morgan Chase, where they designed and implemented performance tests using HP Load Runner and analyzed and documented results to determine if an application would perform well in the production environment. In 2012, they worked as a Programmer/Analyst at Rural Sourcing, Inc. Finally, from 2014 to 2022, they worked as a Software Engineer at Savannah River Nuclear Solutions.

Andrew Heinlein completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Science from Wittenberg University in 2011. Prior to this, they completed their Honors Diploma from London High School in 2007.
