Nick Smith

Nick Smith has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Nick is currently a Recruiter at Codasip, which they joined in 2023 through Elements. Prior to that, they worked as a Talent Partner at Elements Talent Consultancy, starting in 2021. At Spotify, where they were also a Talent Partner through Elements, they managed the end-to-end TA pipeline and successfully hired 16 engineers. Nick Smith also worked as a Talent Partner - Technology at Wayflyer, where they supported sourcing for Engineering and Product Design, as well as Marketing. Before their roles at Elements, they worked at Imagination Technologies as a Talent Acquisition Partner, Senior Internal Recruiter, Internal Recruiter, and Graduate Programme Officer, and a Recruitment Administrator. Nick also gained experience as an HR Advisor at General Motors Manufacturing in Luton.

Nick Smith attended Loughborough University from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a 2.2 BSc (Hons) degree in Banking, Finance, and Management.
