Ariel Rizzi

Ariel Rizzi has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles.

Starting in 1994, Rizzi worked at Transistemas, where they provided technical support for various security and networking products. Ariel also served as a supervisor, engineer, and designer for network branches and implemented technologies like X25 and Frame Relay.

In 2004, Rizzi joined Verizon Business (formerly MCI) as a Senior Network Engineer for Latin America. In this role, they led teams and provided customer support for IP products, routing protocols, DNS administration, and MPLS services.

Afterward, Rizzi worked at ExxonMobil in various roles, including Agile Coach, Program Manager, and Scrum Master. Ariel oversaw and coached Agile teams, ensured adherence to the SAFE framework, and managed infrastructure and middleware projects. Ariel also led global asset management and coordinated network planning meetings.

Currently, Rizzi is employed at Leniolabs_ LLC as a Program Manager. Their role focuses on SAFe Agile PMO and coaching.

Throughout their career, Rizzi has demonstrated expertise in network engineering, project management, Agile methodologies, and infrastructure coordination.

Ariel Rizzi has a diverse education history with a focus on business, management, and project management. In 1997, they obtained a CCNA certification from Prometric. From 2003 to 2009, they studied at Universidad Católica de Salta, earning a Bachelor's degree in System IT with a specialization in business, corporate analysis, and ITIL development. In 2019, Ariel pursued further education in project management, completing a Posdegree in Project Management from Universidad Tecnológica Nacional and becoming a member of the Institute of Project Management's Buenos Aires chapter. In 2020, they obtained a Posdegree in RRHH with Agile framework from Universidad del CEMA. The following year, in 2021, Ariel obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from EUDE Business School, focusing on Business Administration and Management. In the same year, they also completed various certifications in coaching skills, meeting facilitation, and workshop facilitation from LinkedIn. In 2022, Ariel studied at Cambridge Judge Business School, earning an Associate's degree in the field of study of Director.
