Erica Joi Lester

Erica Joi Lester is a skilled product designer currently employed at Code and Theory, a strategy and technology creative agency, since June 2024. Prior roles include UX designer at DiD Agency specializing in healthcare and product designer at The Messenger, where Erica contributed to the launch of new CMS templates and features. Previous experience also encompasses product design at Grid, focused on digital media start-ups, and graphic design at brandor™, where visual and marketing initiatives were developed. Erica began a professional journey in experiential design at Imagination, managing projects including global exhibits and retail environments. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Interior Architecture and Product Design from Kansas State University and various certificates in product design and coding, along with a Wilderness First Aid Certificate.
