Holly Bartholomeusz

Holly B. is an accomplished Associate Director of Product Design at Code and Theory, with extensive experience managing multi-disciplinary teams in the field of Experience and Product Design since February 2023. Prior roles include User Experience Design Lead at R/GA, where Holly led initiatives for major brands such as Google and Nike, and Experience Design Lead for the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission. Holly's background also includes significant contributions as a Senior Product Designer at Latitude Financial Services, and co-founding the mental health startup Limbr App. Holly possesses expertise in ethnographic research, stakeholder engagement, and complex design systems, complemented by a Bachelor of Design in Communication Design from Swinburne University of Technology.
