Ranald Gordon

Ranald Gordon has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Ranald began their career as a Ski Instructor at Altitude Ski and Snowboard School in Verbier in 2008, followed by a similar role at Ruapehu Alpine Lifts in 2009. In 2011, they interned as a Brand Management Intern in the Beauty department at Procter & Gamble.

Ranald then joined Procter & Gamble as an Associate Brand Manager, working on Fine Fragrances, with responsibility for regions across MEA, Asia Pacific, Iberia, and Italy. In 2014, they became a Brand Manager, leading the global marketing and innovation for Wella's 'System Professional' hair care brand, while also acting as the Digital and e-commerce leader for the brand.

In 2015, Ranald took on the role of Senior Brand Manager - Gillette Global Strategy, Innovation & Comms, overseeing the global product innovation, strategy, and brand development for Gillette Fusion, a premium tier within the Gillette portfolio.

In 2018, they founded Croft Group, a start-up in the experiential hospitality space. However, due to the pandemic, the operations were closed down in 2020.

Following this, they worked as a Brand Lead at Nestlé from January 2021 to July 2022. Ranald then joined RDG Studio in August 2022 as an Independent Brand & Product Strategy Consultant for a few months.

In December 2022, they joined YML as a Group Product Manager, where they contributed to building products and driving digital transformation for innovative companies until June 2023.

Currently, Ranald Gordon is working as a Product Strategy Director at Code and Theory, starting from June 2023.
