Harlan Weber is a seasoned UX design professional with extensive experience in leading design teams and initiatives across various sectors. Currently serving as Principal Designer at Nava since December 2021, Harlan spearheads UX design for a government identity management product. As the Founder and Lead Organizer of Code for Boston since September 2012, Harlan fosters community engagement through technology. Harlan previously held the role of Director of UX Practice at Kanda Software, Director of Design at the MBTA, and Director of Design & Service Innovation for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, among other notable positions. Harlan's educational background includes an MDes from Carnegie Mellon University and a BA in English from the University at Albany.
