Karen Lacroix, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in human resources management. Karen has held various HR positions in several companies, including Code Red Consultants, AKF Group, RDK Engineers, JSA Architects, CSP, Inc, CONCENTRA CORPORATION, and ENCRYPTION TECHNOLOGY CORP. Karen has managed corporate HR functions, handled employee relations, recruitment, benefits administration, and compliance issues. Karen holds a B.A in Communication from the University of New Hampshire.
