Priscilla Navas

Priscilla Navas is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in developing and implementing HR strategies across multiple regions and organizations. From December 2013 to January 2021, Priscilla served as the Human Resource Director at Carlisle Companies Incorporated, managing HR initiatives for eight plants in the U.S. and focusing on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and employee relations. Prior to this, Priscilla held various HR leadership roles at HSB - Hartford Steam Boiler, overseeing HR functions across multiple countries, and at Xerox and Alcon, where responsibilities included recruitment, employee relations, and training. Priscilla began a career at IBM in sales operations and marketing coordination. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Texas Woman's University and a BBA from Northwood University.
