Robert B. has a diverse work experience, beginning with their role as Regional Sales Manager at AFNY (AF New York) from 2011 to 2015. From 2016 to 2020, they worked as Assistant Store Manager at Best Buy, where they coordinated training and mentoring of associates and built an effective sales culture. Most recently, they have been the Director of Operations at Code With Us since 2020, where they have defined, implemented and revised operational policies and guidelines, developed and executed new growth directives, and achieved Department of Education vendor accreditation.
