Jocelyn Garibay has a wide range of work experience. Jocelyn began their career in 2012 as a Program Intern at Global Justice Center. In 2013, they served as a Development Intern at Amnesty International USA, a Development Fellow at Jocelyn Should Run, and an Executive and Board Relations Coordinator at Human Rights Campaign. In 2015, they became a Global Communications Project Manager at Change.org. In 2017, they joined Code2040 as a Senior Director of People, Operations, & Finance, then moved to a Director of People & Operations role, and then to an Interim VP of Programs (Temporary Position). Jocelyn then served as a Program Director, driving inclusive company cultures, processes, and systems alongside 68 innovation companies in Silicon Valley, San Francisco, and New York City to create a racially equitable tech industry by 2040. Additionally, they were a Company Culture Transformation Manager.
Jocelyn Garibay obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in International Relations and Affairs from Franklin University Switzerland in 2013. Jocelyn also attended Bard College for the Bard Globalization and International Affairs Program in 2012, New York University-Paris in 2012, and Middlebury College for French Language in 2011.
