Omar Moran Verde

Omar Moran Verde has a diverse work experience with a focus on design and customer service. Omar began their career as a Customer Service Representative at JackThreads and steadily progressed to become a Senior Customer Service Representative and then a Customer Service Lead. In these roles, Omar demonstrated strong problem-solving skills and a dedication to delivering excellent customer service. Omar also developed wireframes and UI/UX elements for transactional emails and implemented a review process to optimize logistics and save costs.

After their time at JackThreads, Omar transitioned to work at Post Up Stand as a Graphic Designer and later as a Pre-Flight Graphics / Account Executive. In these positions, they were responsible for creating and distributing image proofs for printed materials and providing support to customers throughout the print production process.

Currently, Omar is working at Code3 as a Creative Strategist. Omar has held roles of increasing responsibility in the company, starting as a Creative Strategist I and progressing to a Creative Strategist II and then a Senior Design Strategist. Recently, they have taken on the role of Associate Director of Design. In these positions, Omar has demonstrated their expertise in design strategy and has contributed to the company's success.

Omar Moran Verde pursued their education in the field of Industrial and Product Design. From 2011 to 2014, they attended Columbus College of Art & Design, where they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree. Additionally, in 2012, they briefly studied at Northumbria University, also earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Industrial and Product Design.
