THE ROLE:

A Product Manager at Code42 helps drive the roadmap for security products targeted at CISOs, risk managers, legal audiences, and security practitioners. In this role you will collaborate with sales, marketing, support, professional services, UI/UX designers, and engineering to support the full product lifecycle.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Evaluating and driving strategic business and product plans 
  • Developing and prioritizing use cases to maximize the product impact in the marketplace
  • Analyzing, identifying, and qualifying opportunities for solutions to achieve outcomes for our customers that align with business goals
  • Leading and collaborating with Product and Engineering teams leaders to successfully meet market needs
  • Supporting product marketing to craft product positioning and collateral
  • Engaging with sales, field services, and customers  as a subject matter expert to evangelize the product and drive sales

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferred in Business or Computer Science; or relevant work experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in information security
  • Experience as product manager in the Agile/Scrum model of product development environment
  • Proven record of bringing new product(s) to market successfully
  • Proven record of iterative releases of existing products to the market
  • Excellence in partnering with key customers and colleagues
  • Expertise in one or more areas like: EPP, DLP, CASB, EDR, FIM, FAS, UEBA
  • Ability to report to our Denver or Minneapolis office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays for collaboration at the office days (CATO Days)

ADDITIONAL SKILLS THAT CAN SET YOU APART:

  • Certifications: (one or more) Certified Information Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC)
  • Experience with industry and regulatory standards, such as NIST, PCI DSS, ISO 27001, SSAE 16, ITIL, and COBIT

We offer a competitive salary that includes base + company bonus + equity.  Final salary will be based upon experience and geographic location.  Salary range: $115,000-$145,000
