Ada Vaughan

Ada Vaughan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Most recently, they served as the Head of Growth at Code4rena, where they focused on supporting and expanding the company's team to promote its range of services. Prior to this, Ada held various positions at companies such as Conduit and Stellar Development Foundation, where they played key roles in driving partnership strategies and fostering relationships in the blockchain and DeFi space. Ada also held leadership positions at BRD, Chore Check LLC, BizCast LLC, CuteyBaby, LLC, and Allegro Communications, Inc., where they demonstrated their expertise in product and marketing consulting, global partnerships, business development, and CEO responsibilities. Ada has a proven track record of successfully building partnerships, developing growth strategies, and delivering results for companies.

Ada Vaughan has a diverse education history. Ada obtained their B.A. degree in Art, Anthropology, and Chemistry from Cornell College from 1988 to 1992. In 2004 to 2006, they pursued an MBA degree in International Business & Marketing at Georgetown University McDonough School of Business. Additionally, in 2019, Ada completed a Professional Certificate in Leadership from Cornell University. Ada also holds certifications, such as SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM, obtained in August 2020, and a Women in Leadership certification from Cornell University, obtained in 2019.
