We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the Software sector. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics to assess progress towards targets and identify areas for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospects and clients.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing agreements in collaboration with the management team.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • 2 to 3 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights to the management team.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics to assess progress towards targets and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
