Gerrit van Taak is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in systems engineering and technical solutions design. Currently serving as a Senior Trusted Advisor at CodeBlue Limited since January 2021, Gerrit excels in L3 support, project management, and customer onboarding, while also mentoring junior colleagues and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Prior to this role, Gerrit held positions at AdvantageNZ, where responsibilities included managing ticket queues and enhancing system security, as well as a long tenure at ContinuitySA as Solutions Design Manager. Here, Gerrit oversaw team performance, client requirements gathering, and the design and implementation of technical solutions.
