Francisco Cocozza has worked in the IT field since 2012. Francisco began their career at Universidad de Costa Rica as an IT Administrator & Researcher in 2012. In 2016, they moved to Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a DevOps Engineer. In 2018, they joined Codefresh, where they have held the roles of Customer Success Architect, Technical Account Manager, Dev Support Tech Lead, and Dev Support Engineer.

Francisco Cocozza has a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Computer Science from Universidad de Costa Rica UCR, which they obtained between 2008 and 2011. Francisco then went on to earn a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Universidad de Costa Rica UCR between 2012 and 2015. In 2014, Francisco participated in an Internship program in AWS/Java-based Cloud Computing at Infosys. Francisco has also obtained several certifications, including GitOps Certified for Argo - GitOps Fundamentals from Codefresh in February 2022, ITIL Foundation from AXELOS Global Best Practice in November 2016, and CKAD: Certified Kubernetes Application Developer from The Linux Foundation in November 2022.
