Max Konik

Max Konik has worked in a variety of roles in the finance industry since 2007. Max began their career as an Audit Manager at Ernst & Young, where they supervised an audit team of up to six employees and completed assurance work over public and private companies in the Hi-Tech industry. In 2011, they took a role as a Finance Controller Assistant at ILEX MEDICAL LTD, where they prepared, reviewed, and analyzed monthly, quarterly and annually financial reports. In 2012, they became the Finance Controller of RDSeed Ltd and another significant portfolio company, Cloudyn Software. As Director of Finance at Cloudyn, they managed the group’s finance, legal and operational functions, and worked closely with the CEO and the Board on equity investment deals. In 2018, they took on the role of VP Finance at both Codefresh and OpenLegacy.

Max Konik attended the College of Management from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a BA in Accounting and Business Management.
