Vidhya Vijay is the VP of Customers at Codefresh. Vidhya has over 8 years of experience in customer experience operations management.

Vidhya started their career at Electric Cloud as a customer experience operations manager. Vidhya was responsible for customer support account management, work with customer sales and success teams, manage strategic enterprise accounts, conduct regular meetings with engineering and field teams, review agent ticket responses, administer Zendesk ticket management system, create and monitor internal JIRA reports, enable team to create community content, conducting regular customer meetings, handle release announcements, manage Zendesk and Sharefile users and content, create NPS surveys, and manage license generation and automation.

In April 2019, they joined CloudBees as a customer support operations manager. Since CloudBees' acquisition of Electric Cloud, they have been busy working on merging and overhauling processes. Along with these new projects, they continue to work tirelessly to maintain excellence in customer experience for their strong customer base.

Vidhya Vijay has a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Electrical and Control Systems Engineering from the University of Ottawa.

Vidhya Vijay reports to Raziel Tabib, Co-Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Kiersten Gaffney - CMO, Dan Garfield - Co-Founder & Chief Open Source Officer, and Travis Wentling - CFO.
