Yafit Dayan

Yafit Dayan has worked for several companies since 2011. Yafit began their career as a Commander at Combat Intelligence Collection Corps for the Israel Defense Forces in 2011. In 2015, they joined Intel Corporation as a Talent Acquisition & Wellfare Lead and Supervisor. In 2020, they became the HR & Talent Acquisition Partner at Servotronix Motion Control. In 2021, they began working for both Codefresh and iTalent - Hire Smarter, taking on the roles of HR & Talent Acquisition Manager IL & EMEA and Talent Acquisition Partner, respectively.

Yafit Dayan obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Sapir College between 2014 and 2017. Yafit then went on to earn a Master of Business Administration - MBA in High-tech Management and Entrepreneurship from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev between 2017 and 2019. In January 2022, they obtained the GitOps Fundamentals certification from Codefresh.
