Shenika Herath

Shenika Herath has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Shenika currently holds the position of Director of Human Resources at CodeGen International since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Manager of Human Resources and Automation at CodeGen International from March 2017 to January 2022.

Before joining CodeGen International, Shenika worked as a Senior Manager of HR at IFS from April 2016 to March 2017.

Shenika'searlier experiences include working as an HR Specialist at 99X Technology from April 2012 to March 2016, where they were responsible for various HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, learning and development, and performance management.

Shenika also worked as an HR Executive at Softwerx Ltd from June 2008 to April 2012 and as an Officer of HRM at Dialog Axiata PLC from October 2006 to May 2008.

Shenika started their career in 2006 as a Customer Service Executive at eChannelling PLC.

Shenika Herath obtained an Advanced Diploma in Business Management from University College Dublin in 2011. Shenika then pursued a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Business and Commercial Law at the University of West London from 2021 to 2022.
