Carolina Whitfield

Carolina Whitfield has over 20 years of experience as an expert in the sustainable buildings, circular economy, and environmental industry. Carolina is the Director of Sustainability Strategy for CodeGreen’s Florida Office, in this role, Carolina manages the business and sustainability strategy aspects of the New Construction Florida division for CodeGreen in addition to providing high level sustainability advise to owners and design teams on world-class projects. Carolina is the top liaison between CodeGreen and new and existing businesses within the Southeast Region. Carolina leads the Florida Sustainability Services team in developing comprehensive project-specific sustainability goals and targets. In her role, Carolina guides the implementation of these goals through well-refined cost-benefit analyses, using state-of-the-art management programs. In addition, her fluency in Spanish has led the coordination and logistics efforts for the South American projects as well as in leading new businesses in the region.
