Jorge Camhi Andrade

Jorge Camhi Andrade is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in safety, health, and project management within the mining sector. Currently serving as Gerente de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional at CODELCO since June 2004, Jorge has played a pivotal role in designing and implementing preventive strategies for safety and occupational health across various projects. Previous roles at CODELCO include managing significant engineering and execution phases in the División Andina and leading safety initiatives in multiple divisions, including El Teniente and Ventanas. Jorge's educational background includes a Civil Mining Engineering degree from Universidad de Santiago de Chile, a Master's in Mining Engineering from Universidad de Chile, an MBA from EAE Business School, as well as various diplomas in mining economics and engineering. Additionally, Jorge holds a Master's in Professional Risk Prevention from UPC School.
