Vinicius Borges de Medeiros

Vinicius Medeiros has a diverse work experience in various roles. Vinicius started their career as a Graphic Designer at Mundi Grafica E Editora in 2005. Vinicius then worked as an Internship of Software Developer at Tribunal de Contas do Estado de Goiás from 2008 to 2010. After that, they worked as a Junior Software Developer .NET at Politec from 2010 to 2011.

From 2011 to 2016, Vinicius worked as a Software Developer .NET at Sintesis Special Projects. Vinicius then joined Cast group as a Senior Software Developer .NET from 2016 to 2020, where they focused on analysis and data science, creating a decision search portal.

In 2020, Vinicius joined Indra, where they held the role of Senior Systems Engineer / Team Lead .NET / Data Scientist. In this role, they worked on the complete data pipeline life cycle of several applications, from raw data to publication in the QLIK panel. Vinicius also implemented HADOOP cluster using Hortonworks for better management.

Currently, Vinicius is working at Codelitt as a Project Manager / Scrum Master. Their responsibilities include gathering requirements, converting them into actionable tasks, leading scrum ceremonies, and managing JIRA boards for the Engineers.

Vinicius Medeiros completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Computer Engineering at Universidade Federal de Goiás from 2005 to 2014. In 2019 to 2021, they pursued a Postgraduate Course in Specialization in Big Data and Machine Learning at FASAM Faculdade Sul-Americana.

Additionally, Vinicius has obtained several certifications. In May 2023, they obtained the EF SET English Certificate 73/100 (C2 Proficient) from EF Standard English Test (EF SET). Vinicius also acquired the Professional Scrum Master I - PSM I ™ certification from Scrum.org in May 2023. In April 2023, Vinicius completed the ARGON AGILE FUNDAMENTALS | AAF-C certification and the ARGON SCRUM MASTER CERTIFIED | ASM-C certification from Argon Agile. Furthermore, they completed the Jira Software: Criando Projetos Completos course on Udemy in January 2022 and obtained the Kanban Foundation (KIKF) certification from Kanban Institute in September 2020. Vinicius also holds the Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate (SFPC) from CertiProf, which they obtained in August 2020. Other certifications include the Python MTA 98-381 Exam | Complete Preparation Course + Tips, the Big Data - Processamento de dados com Spark e PySpark, and the Data Science de A a Z - Extração e Exibição dos Dados courses, all completed on Udemy in 2020. Lastly, Vinicius obtained a Proficiency Course in English certification from Wizard by Pearson in December 2004.
