Carl Cochran Jr has a strong background in software quality assurance and support. Carl worked at CodeLynx, LLC as the Software Quality Assurance Lead, where they supervised the QA team and handled testing, usability, and support for software used by various government agencies. Prior to that, they worked at MIL as a Software Quality Assurance professional, focusing on testing payroll and domestic systems. Carl also worked at Blackbaud as a Software Support specialist, providing assistance to Financial Edge clients, resolving issues over the phone, and conducting database installations and troubleshooting.
Carl Cochran Jr attended South Carolina State University from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science. In addition, they obtained a Scrum Master certification from the Scrum Master Alliance in February 2015.
