Alan Fudge

Alan Fudge is a board member at Codenotary. Alan was previously the Chief Revenue Officer at Hortonworks, where they managed $3.2B in revenue and 8,000 employees. Alan has also held positions at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Sixth Street, Arkoma Operations, LLC, and Hi-Tech Logistics, Inc. Fudge has experience in software strategy for mergers, acquisitions and divestitures to enhance the software portfolio. Alan was also a member of the Operating Committee for the HPE/HPI split, focusing on all software related activities. Fudge has a proven track record in enhancing margin contribution by transforming a siloed field organization into a more efficient sales model. Alan also has experience in recruiting and building Sales leadership teams.

After graduating from Pearsall High School, Alan Fudge pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from St.Edward's University.
