Joanna de Cassia Valadares

Joanna de Cassia Valadares is an experienced Agile Project Leader and Scrum Master, currently leading projects at Coderio Software Company since July 2023. With a strong background in agile methodologies, Joanna has coached teams in transitioning to Agile practices, facilitating successful project delivery at NTT DATA Europe & Latam from March 2021 to April 2023. Prior roles include Scrum Master positions at Nanda Fernandes Insumos and as an Agile Project Manager at Andreani Grupo Logístico, where Joanna ensured adherence to Agile values and principles. Educational qualifications include a postgraduate degree in Data Analytics from FIAP (2023), a master's degree in Information Technology from Universidad Abierta Interamericana (2021), and an M.B.A. in IT Project Management.
