Michael Utell

Michael Utell is currently the Chief Executive Officer at CodeScience, a position they have held since August 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Advisor at RxLive starting in June 2022. In this role, they provided advisory support to senior leadership on product management and technology strategy for their SaaS platform.

Before joining RxLive, Michael worked at IQVIA from 2017 to 2022, first as a Senior Principal for Commercial Technology Strategy and later as the Vice President & General Manager. At IQVIA, they were responsible for overseeing various projects and managing a team.

From 2009 to 2017, Michael was employed at Polaris, initially as a Director and later as a Partner. Michael oversaw the deployment of compliance technology solutions and managed a team of consultants and project managers.

At the start of their career, Michael worked at Accenture as a Manager in the Communications & High Tech practice, focusing on Media & Entertainment clients and solutions from 2001 to 2009.

Michael Utell completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Information Management and Technology from Syracuse University from 1997 to 2001. Later on, they pursued an MBA with a focus on International Business from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business from 2011 to 2013.
