Katie Burke Fairbank is the current Head of Product Marketing at CodeSignal. Prior to joining CodeSignal, Katie was with Cornerstone OnDemand from March 2017 to September 2021, where they served as Manager, Program Marketing/Integrated Marketing. In this role, Katie was responsible for driving annual go-to-market integrated campaigns, collaborating with field marketing, product marketing, content marketing, sales and others to ensure end-to-end campaign effectiveness, leading campaign planning and execution for corporate initiatives, compete opportunities, and growth products, and enabling sales teams with templates and guides to improve audience acumen and opportunity conversion. Katie also monitored demand generation activity and KPIs across vehicles to ensure goals were being met.

Before their time at Cornerstone OnDemand, Katie was with Laserfiche from March 2013 to February 2017, where they served as Senior Government Program Strategist - Manager, Vertical Marketing. In this role, Katie was responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive marketing plan to reach the state and local government vertical, recommending government marketing strategy to top-level executives, managing and on-boarding a junior team member, writing and delivering speaking engagements, blog posts, articles, and social media content to establish thought leadership, presenting on technology trends at major industry conferences (including the delivery of a portion of the keynote speech at the annual Laserfiche Empower conference, which had over 2,500 attendees), serving as an industry expert on advisory boards and within Laserfiche, managing messaging across a variety of media (including tradeshows, webinars, whitepapers, and advertisements), and developing relationships with key customers and partners. Katie also led cross-departmental teams including communications, events, sales, and others.

Katie Burke Fairbank has a BSBA from the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business and a degree in marketing from the University of Cape Town.
