Sylvia Mol

Sylvia Mol is the Head of Skills Evaluation Lab & Assessment Research Lead at CodeSignal. Sylvia has a background in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and has worked as a consultant to 15+ enterprise clients, conducting job analyses, facilitating training workshops, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve existing processes and launch new products. Sylvia has also worked as an Assistant Scientist at AOE Science, where they assisted clients with talent acquisition and selection processes, designed training programs, and contributed to developing the research and science within the company.

Sylvia Mol's educational career consists of a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The University of Tulsa, a Master of Arts (MA) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The University of Tulsa, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from Miami University.
