Duy Nglam (Mia)

Duy Nglam (Mia) has worked at various companies since 2017. In 2017, they worked as a Teaching Assistant at ACET. From 2018 to 2021, they worked at Dwarves Foundation - Better Engineering, first as a Business Operation, where they defined requirements, planned and implemented business-support campaigns, and analyzed monthly/ quarterly strategic goals. Duy also documented business processes and business templates for operation and hiring support. Additionally, they worked as a Technical Writer, where they worked with the Engineer team to provide technical and product documentations, and conducted and delivered product release changelogs, manual guidelines and product newsletters. In 2021, they also worked at Console Labs as a Product Operations Coordinator for Pod Town and CypherArts Collectibles. Finally, in 2019, they co-founded and was the Editor for Techie Story: The Untold, where they connected with tech veterans, software engineers, art wizards, and HRs to share different aspects of work and life in the industry. Currently, they are a Business Analyst at CodeStringers.

Duy Nglam (Mia) has an extensive education history. From 2015 to 2019, they attended Ton Duc Thang University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in International Business. In 2018, they participated in an Exchange Program at Nanyang Polytechnic, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General.
