Jey Iyempandi has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jey started their career as a Manufacturing Engineer at TVS Suzuki in 1996. Jey then joined Ford India as a Manager of Production Planning and Control from 1997 to 2001. After that, Jey transitioned into the technology industry and worked at Dell in various roles. At Dell, they began as an Online Brand Manager, where they gained skills in digital marketing strategies and conversion optimization. Jey then moved on to become a Brand Manager, responsible for merchandising and positioning Dell's notebook line. Jey later took on the role of Online Advertising Manager, overseeing display advertising for Dell's US consumer business and managing an $80MM budget. Jey also served as the Executive Assistant to the VP of Global Sales & Marketing, focusing on driving alignment within Dell's consumer marketing senior leadership team. Jey made significant contributions to Dell's Member Purchase Program division as the Director of Marketing & Online, leading the division to become the most profitable in Dell and contributing over half of Dell's consumer operating income. Finally, Jey co-founded Indusladies.com, which has now become the largest online community for Indian women in India. In 2015, Jey founded and became the CEO of CodeWizardsHQ, the leading online coding school for kids and teens. Through their various roles, Jey has gained extensive experience in strategy, business transformation, leadership, marketing, and online operations.

Jey Iyempandi pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Anna University from 1992 to 1996. After completing their undergraduate studies, they decided to further their education by obtaining a Master's in Business Administration with a focus on Management. Jey enrolled at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management from 2001 to 2003 to pursue their MBA degree.
