David Shi

David Shi is a Senior Software Engineer at Codex Health, Inc., where employment began in June 2021. Prior experience includes an internship as a Software Development Engineer Intern at Amazon in the summer of 2020, during which David contributed to the Kindle Reader Library and Subscriptions Management Team. David also served as a CS61B Academic Intern at the University of California, Berkeley, from January to May 2020, assisting students during lab hours. In the summer of 2018, David worked as a Research Assistant at Louisiana State University on projects focused on intelligent construction reporting systems. Earlier in 2017, David gained insights into engineering operations during a job shadowing experience at the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago. David holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley, earned in 2020, and graduated from Lyons Township High School in 2017.
