Mark Scuzzarella

Mark Scuzzarella has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Mark began their career as a Director of Human Resources at First Data Corporation in 1995, where they worked until 1998. Mark then moved on to GTE Internetworking as a Director of Recruitment Operations from 1998 to 2000. In 2000, they joined Connected Corporation as a Director of Human Resources, where they spearheaded global HR activities and implemented organizational change strategies. From 2005 to 2007, they worked as the Vice President of Human Resources at CRF Health, where they provided executive HR leadership and managed global staffing and benefits programs. Mark then served as the Vice President of Human Resources International at Hologic from 2007 to 2016, leading HR efforts for over 2,000 employees worldwide. In 2017, they served as the Chief Human Resource Officer at YOUINC, driving HR initiatives for a non-profit organization supporting children and families. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as an HR Consultant before joining Codiak BioSciences in 2018 as the Human Resources Director. In this role, they oversee a progressive recruiting function and provides business partner support for various departments within the company.
