Ying Su

Ying Su has a diverse background in the pharmaceutical industry, with a particular focus on clinical development and translational medicine. Ying most recently held the position of Vice President, Clinical Development, Oncology at Recursion since June 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Executive Medical Director, Clinical Development at Codiak BioSciences from November 2021 to June 2023. Earlier in their career, they worked at Deciphera Pharmaceuticals as a Medical Director, Clinical Development from November 2019 to November 2021, and as the Head of Translational Medicine from October 2017 to November 2019. Before joining Deciphera, they worked at ImmunoGen, Inc. as a Sr. Scientist, Translational Medicine from May 2016 to October 2017. Prior to that, they held the position of Scientist, Translational Science at Infinity Pharmaceuticals from November 2014 to May 2016. Ying Su holds an M.D. degree in Medicine from Guangzhou Medical University. Afterwards, they pursued further studies and obtained a Ph.D. degree in Physiology and Biophysics from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.
