Radosław Dykty

Tomasz Rados currently serves as a Financial Officer at the European Innovation Council and SMEs Executive Agency (EISMEA) since January 2024. Previously, Tomasz worked as a Financial Correspondent and Project Assistant at the European Commission from February 2022 to January 2024, contributing to the Directorate-General for Structural Reform Support. Additional experience includes volunteering as a member of the Stakeholder's Council at the Uniwersytet Warszawski, work with the European Defence Agency in the Industry, Synergies & Enablers Coordination Team, and serving as a Coordination Assistant at the European External Action Service. Tomasz held leadership roles in Network PL and previously worked as a contract agent and policy officer at the European Commission. Earlier career experience includes a role as a referendarz at the Ministry of Economy and Labour. Tomasz Rados obtained a Master of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Warsaw from 1998 to 2003.
