Gustavo Padilla Smolianovich

Gustavo Padilla Smolianovich serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Codify since January 2023, focusing on organizational management software that aligns strategy, structure, and personnel to enhance decision-making. From May 2013, Gustavo has held multiple leadership roles at Angular, overseeing product development and technology as a partner and director. Previously, Gustavo worked at Sociedad Administradora de Redes Transaccionales y Financieras S.A. as Subgerente Comercial and Subgerente de Nuevos Negocios, managing service sales and business development for extensive POS networks. Prior experience includes positions at COPEC S.A. in project management and development roles, Rexam as a production trainee, and Robert Bosch as a thesis student. Gustavo holds a Master's degree in Data Science from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez and has a background in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de La Frontera, complemented by executive training from Fundação Dom Cabral.
