Gustavo Padilla Smolianovich serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Codify since January 2023, focusing on organizational management software that aligns strategy, structure, and personnel to enhance decision-making. Gustavo holds a Master's degree in Data Science from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez and has a background in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de La Frontera, complemented by executive training from Fundação Dom Cabral.
