Dorothy Akoth

Dorothy Akoth is a skilled Software Developer currently employed at MMI since December 2023. At Coding Black Females, Dorothy serves as a Lightning Talks Speaker and gained recognition in June 2024 for being one of the most regular speakers, delivering a presentation on "Introduction to FastAPI" in 2023. As a Coding Tutor with Partners for Girls Africa Foundation since July 2024, Dorothy contributes to education in technology. Prior experience includes a role as Junior Back End Developer at Untapped Global, where engagement in code reviews and completing a FastAPI project course occurred, as well as serving as a Back-end Developer at AO Technology Group and an Open Source Contributor at Ersilia.
