Karthikeyan Velumani

Karthikeyan Velumani is currently the Branch Head at Finest Coder, the training wing of Codingmart Technologies, and also serves as the Head of Talent at Codingmart. They previously spent eight years as an Assistant Professor at K.S. Rangasamy College of Technology, where they mentored and shaped the careers of numerous students. Transitioning into the tech industry, Karthikeyan held various roles at Codingmart, starting as a Technical Interviewer and progressing to Senior Technical Recruiter before becoming Head of Talent and ultimately Branch Head. They have conducted interviews across multiple in-demand technologies and designed training frameworks, while actively working to bridge the gap between education and industry.
