Muhammad Shoaib

Muhammad Shoaib started their work experience in 2008 as a Finance Intern at Al Baraka Bank Pakistan Ltd. Muhammad then worked as a Human Resources Intern at Haleeb Foods Limited in 2010. In 2012, they interned at Punjab Education Foundation. From 2014 to 2014, they served as a Management Intern at Gujranwala Chamber of Commerce & Industry.

In 2015, Muhammad joined Meezan Bank Limited as a Branch Services Officer, where they facilitated customers in establishing relationships.

Their career in design began in 2022 when they worked as a User Experience Designer at SpotGame, gathering and evaluating user requirements, designing graphics user interface elements, and troubleshooting UX problems. Muhammad then became a UX Designer at the same company, conducting layout adjustments based on user feedback.

Muhammad then moved to Paklogics in 2023, where they worked as a UX/UI Designer, collaborating with product managers and engineers to gather user requirements and creating graphical user interface elements.

Currently, Muhammad Shoaib is employed as a Team Lead UX Design at Codistan Ventures Private Limited. Muhammad oversees a team of designers and collaborates with developers, project managers, and clients to deliver exceptional digital products. Muhammad also worked as a UI/UX Designer at the same company, where they gathered user requirements, designed graphic user interfaces, and developed prototypes to demonstrate site functionality and appearance.

Muhammad Shoaib received their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the University of Gujrat. Muhammad then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management and Services from the International Islamic University, Islamabad. Following this, they obtained a Master's degree in Applied Economics from Xi'an Jiaotong University. Muhammad Shoaib also completed a Google Project Management: Specialization program from Coursera and a Google UX Design course. Muhammad has obtained additional certifications in various design and technology-related subjects from institutions such as the Interaction Design Foundation (IxDF), University of Michigan, Sololearn, and Google.
