Shrutika Phadatare

Shrutika Phadatare is a Senior Executive in Human Resources at Coditas, a position held since February 2021, following experience as a Human Resource Associate with the same company. Prior to this, Shrutika completed an internship in Human Resources at Rishi Polytech Industries in 2019, gaining skills in payroll systems, EPF, training and development, recruitment, and policy making. Shrutika earned a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from ASM Group of Institutes from 2018 to 2020 and holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communication Technology from the Department of Technology, Shivaji University, completed in 2018.
