Thomas Siedlik

Thomas Siedlik has a diverse work experience beginning in 2007 with Reed & Associates, CPAs, where they served as an Assistant Program Director for 11 years. Thomas then moved to Madena, Ltd. in 2018 as a Program Manager, overseeing a team of 12 consulting staff members for a Medicare Managed Care implementation. In their current role at Cody Consulting Group since 2021, Thomas is a Project Manager responsible for managing client projects, supporting internal company business and growth, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Thomas is also a subject matter expert in Healthcare Operations and generates critical reporting for stakeholders.

Thomas Siedlik received their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, which they completed between 1994 and 1998.
