Rodger Hill

Rodger Hill has a diverse work experience that spans several industries and roles. Rodger started their career at KPMG as an Accountant in 2000 and worked there until 2003. Rodger then joined the Auditor-General of South Africa as a Manager from 2005 to 2007. Following that, they worked at Barclays Investment Bank as an Assistant Vice President from 2007 to 2009. Hill returned to the Auditor-General of South Africa as a Senior Manager from 2009 to 2014. Rodger then served as the CFO of the Eastern Cape Gambling and Betting Board from 2014 to 2022. Currently, Hill holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at Coega Development Corporation, starting from 2022.

Rodger Hill completed their Bachelor of Commerce - BCom degree in Accounting from Rhodes University between 2000 and 2003. In 2004, they pursued a Postgraduate Degree in Accounting from the same institution. Currently, Rodger is pursuing their Master's degree in Economic Policy at the SOAS University of London, starting in 2019.
