Joshua Ray-Rule has a diverse work experience in the field of MFT (Managed File Transfer) integration and support. Joshua started their career as a Principal Consultant at RXR Consulting, Inc. in 2003, where they focused on delivering MFT integrations for clients, including IBM. Joshua then moved on to work as a System Design Engineer at ADP from 2014 to 2021, where they worked on a project to migrate Secure Transport. In 2021, Joshua joined Lightwell Inc. (now Eliassen Group) as a Senior Engineer, where they assisted clients in upgrading IBM Sterling Integrator, IBM Control Center, and IBM Connect Direct. Joshua also worked at CoEnterprise as a Senior Integration Consultant, starting in 2021, where they built support solutions and provided architecture, installation, and customization for IBM MFT products, as well as support for IBM Redhat OpenShift and CoEnterprise's Syncrofy products. Joshua is currently the Foundation Manager at Wee Pocket Foundation, starting in 2022.

Joshua Ray-Rule attended Everest College-Springfield from 1995 to 1997, where they obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Computer Information Systems. In addition to their formal education, Joshua has also obtained certifications in the field. In May 2023, they completed the IBM Sterling Data Exchange Sales Foundation certification and the IBM Sterling Data Exchange Technical Sales Intermediate certification from IBM.
