Shelly Rose has an extensive background in human resources, holding various managerial positions in companies such as Coeur Mining, First National Bank of Gillette, Kemmerer Operations, LLC, and Cloud Peak Energy. With experience dating back to the late 1990s, Shelly has a strong foundation in HR management and community relations. Shelly holds a degree from the South Dakota School of Mines & Technology and the University of North Dakota.
