Rebecca Alderman

Area Director of Franklin County at COF Training Services

Rebecca completed her undergraduate studies at Kansas State University in 2003, graduating with a Bachelor’s of Science in Elementary Education with an area of concentration in Special Education, focusing on Autism spectrum disorder.

Rebecca has worked in the I/DD field her entire career as a volunteer, respite care provider, Direct Support Professional, Direct Support Manager, and para-professional in the school systems. She joined COF Training Services in September 2019 as a Targeted Case Manager in Franklin County and became Franklin County Area Director in March 2020.

Rebecca is a native of Ottawa, returning to settle down with her family. She is active in her community volunteering, supporting continuing education for women as a member of P.E.O., as well as serving as Vice-Chairperson of the ECKAAA CDDO Council of Community Members.
