Hugo Tenorio Mourão

Hugo Tenorio Mourão has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Hugo began their career in 2003 as a Senior IT Supervisor at UBF Garantias & Seguros S.A. In 2005, they joined Coface do Brasil as an IT Manager and held this position until 2012. Following this, they worked as the Chief Operating Officer at PGeC - Ecommerce Consulting, Projects and Digital Marketing from 2012 to 2013. Mourão then returned to Coface and took on various leadership roles including Head of Business Technology Latin America from 2017 to 2022, Chief Operating Officer - Latin America from 2021 to 2022, and currently serves as the Business Technology Director for the Western Europe Region. Overall, their extensive experience highlights their expertise in IT management, business technology, and strategic leadership.

Hugo Tenorio Mourão holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidade Federal de Itajubá (1999-2002). Hugo also completed a Postgraduate program in Business Administration with an emphasis on Strategy from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas (2006-2008) and an MBA on IT Strategy & Operation from Centro Universitário SENAC (2004-2005). In addition, they have a Technical Certification on Data Processing from IDESA (1995-1997). Hugo has obtained several certifications, including Scrum Fundamentals Certified, Leadership and Management for PM Practitioners in IT, Portfolio Management, Governance & the PMO, Strategic Applications of IT Project & Program Management, and PMP® - Project Management Professional. The obtained year for PMP® certification is 2014.
