Kamila Bartovska

Kamila Bartovska has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Kamila is currently working as the Head of Human Resources at Coface since November 2021. Prior to that, Kamila worked as a HR Consultant and volunteered for a project assisting individuals who lost their jobs due to the Covid-19 crisis while being self-employed from May 2020 to January 2022. Kamila also worked as an HR Manager at Lundegaard from September 2020 to September 2021. Kamila took a sabatical in 2020 and traveled to New Zealand, where they hiked 675 km, exhibited problem-solving skills, effective crisis management, and developed flexibility and out-of-the-box thinking by starting to run during lockdowns. Earlier in their career, Kamila served as an HR Director at TTC MARCONI from June 2018 to November 2019, an HR Manager at Economia from April 2010 to May 2018, a Training Coordinator at BDO from October 2009 to April 2010, and a Project Manager at KNO Česko from September 1997 to September 2002.

Kamila Bartovska attended Charles University from 2000 to 2009, where they obtained a degree in Adult Education and Personnel Management (Mgr.). Prior to that, they attended OA Heroldovy Sady from 1990 to 1995. In addition, Kamila Bartovska obtained a certification in the Basics of Digital Marketing from Google in 2021.
