Mónica Sandiares

Mónica Sandiares worked as the Head of SAP AMS & IT Global Operations Finance and Service Manager Finance at COFCO International from 2019 to present. Prior to that, they were an IT Operations Finance Team Leader at eDreams ODIGEO in 2018 and a Commercial Sales Associate and Business Development Executive at SAP from 2015 to 2017. Mónica also has experience as an Accountant P2P at Fresenius Medical Care in 2015 and as a Senior IT Business Analyst at HCL Technologies from 2014 to 2015. Additionally, they worked as a General Accountant at Croma Solutions in 2014 and as a Partner Business Executive at Banco Cetelem, BNP Paribas Personal Finance in 2012. Mónica has previous experience in backoffice operations at Aenor/Ascendi in 2011 and at PT Contact in 2010, as well as in customer and backoffice operations at AJMAIA-António José Vieira Maia from 2008 to 2010.

Mónica Sandiares obtained an Engineer's degree in Chemical Engineering from the Instituto Superior de Engenharia do Porto, where they studied from 2003 to 2011. Prior to that, they completed 12th grade in Science at Colégio dos Órfãos do Porto - Salesianos, from 1990 to 2003. In addition to their formal education, Mónica has obtained several certifications in various fields such as project management, leadership, and digital transformation. Some of these certifications include Leveraging Generative AI for Project Management and ITIL 4 Foundation.
